6.4 — Concentration 浓度
· Concentration = how much solute in the solvent · Concentrated vs dilute · Adding water → more dilute

· A precise way to say 'how concentrated' · Molarity = moles of solute per litre · A first look at how chemists measure solutions

· Get the solute back: evaporation (salt) · Crystallization (rock candy) · Distillation (clean water from salt water)
